Vern &amp; Milla are a bristol based duo that have worked together for over a decade, meeting in 2012 through a mutual affection for bass driven music. They've released on keysound, durkle disco and prjkts with Vern &amp; Milla being known for recontextulising sonic aesthetics; from 80's r&amp;b and early 2000's hip hop into darker, more ethereal club constructions. Their music aims to retain the warmth and soul of the source material whilst utilising space and tension, alongside cutting edge sound design. Vern &amp; Milla's mixing style is boundless and often chaotic with an emphasis on deploying peak time tracks from varying underground global club scenes and tempos. Never shying from sneaking in a well known ""banger"" from years gone by, Vern &amp; Milla pride themselves on utilising the familiar to display comfort in the unknown.
