In particular, his chameleon-like ability to break through boundaries of sound have seen him become highly versatile in his field; something that is more than evident in his latest release, Pink Shells. With its soft, chiming chords and dreamlike vocals, Pink Shells offers a dose of ambient 4x4 nostalgia; something that is newfound territory for Fonzo. The track feels purpose built for those intimate and reflective moments of sunset/ sunrise, as its eyes-shut nature takes the listener somewhere new, somewhere else.
