Laurie invites Trancey Parker onto the show! Trancey Parker is a multi-genre DJ with autism/neurodivergent abilities based in London.

Trancey Parker: ‘I have been a DJ since November 2017 and I have a strong fondness for music. I used to love the Beatles and emulated their dance moves, such as Gentleman by PSY and Tilted by Christine and the Queens before DJing. While on lockdown, I was watching two viral DJs on YouTube: Suat, who is a one-person band DJ who plays house music, and Dom Whiting, who plays Drum & Bass while riding a bike. Those were the ones I fell in love with that music. After the lockdown, I like the tech house DJs James Hype and Tita Lau because they have an energetic style of music. In March 2023, I was at the pirate studios in Earlsfield and was happily invited by the Drum & Bass DJ, Natty Lou. I was watching Natty practice and livestream with Enta. Before they started livestreaming, they were kind enough to allow me to play on the decks. I was so lucky that I had a USB stick with me. Next, I have been on the guestlist at all the clubs/festivals, invited by DJs. I have always wanted to network and build a professional relationship with DJs. Until now, I have always loved listening to music and DJing of all the genres all the time. Music is my medicine.’
