Yaw Appiah, a renowned African record producer and DJ, currently calls Los Angeles, California, his home. His distinctive blend of Afro House and Afro Tech music has earned him a reputation for infusing spaces with infectious vibrations and boundless energy.

Hailing from Tema, Ghana, Yaw is on a mission to introduce unexplored African genres to the global music scene, creating a musical realm that defies conventional boundaries. Yaw's musical journey commenced in the early 90s, honing his production skills while spearheading mixtape productions within his local community. Although briefly interrupted during his college years, where he pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering, his passion for music never waned.

Today, Yaw's impressive body of work boasts collaborations with music legends from both national and international scale. His releases have earned support and acclaim from influential figures within the music industry, including Black Coffee, Themba, Desiree, Leo Guardo, Bun Xapa, Kitty Amor, Nitefreak, and numerous others, firmly establishing him as a prominent and respected figure.
