Janaway has cemented himself firmly within the Jungle scene with numerous successful releases over the years, notably working with labels such as Future Retro and N4 recently. His production style is recognized by a blend of heavyweight basslines, infectious breakbeats and ethereal melodies all brought together for club ready tracks. His tunes have gained the support from the likes of Nia Archives, Tim Reaper + Sherelle to name a few.
Over the past year Janaway has been experimenting with the fusion of UK and Brazilian Bass music, with his recent EP release - Jungle Funk Vol. 1 gaining attention for its clever mix of jungle infused production with typical Brazilian Rhythms and vocals. He is continuously working in the studio to keep pushing the boundaries of modern dance music and this can be witnessed during his live DJ sets.
His performances have gained attention due to the amount of personal unreleased tracks he spins, with his sets effortlessly journeying through the sonic spectrum of high-tempo electronic dance music. From jungle to footwork and jungle funk, expect to not stop dancing whilst he is on the decks, all while hearing fresh music and blends along the way. Having completed a tour of Europe last summer and playing on some of the bigger stages at Boomtown, Glastonbury and Outlook Festival, Janaway is not one to miss out on.
