Eclecticist chats with his kindred spirit, the Manchester-based DJ and radio presenter CHARMS. CHARMS is fast becoming a familiar face across the Manchester music scene, and she takes pride in curating high-energy, percussive-infused sets with selections from across the black diaspora. CHARMS is eclectic and unwilling to be confined to any particular genre, although she plays Reggae under the moniker of Mama Char. CHARMS is also the engine behind GALDEM REJOICE, a project that aims to platform and uplift women within Reggae and Sound System Culture by curating events and opportunities to celebrate International Women's Day.
